I didn’t receive your email
This is a very common problem especially with free email services like Hotmail, Yahoo! and Gmail. If the email doesn’t arrive after around 15 minutes please do the following:
Hotmail (Outlook, Live)
- Navigate to the folder marked “junk”.
- Search for our email and select it. Once selected, right-click it and a menu will be shown (see image). Click the “Not junk” option and this will move it to the Inbox.
- Once you open the message, click “ Add to contacts ”. This will ensure reliable delivery of our emails.

You may also see the message below. In this case select the first option “Wait, it’s safe!”. This will move the message to your inbox.

The steps to do this in Gmail, Yahoo! and others are similar. Note that in Gmail, the junk/spam folder is sometimes hidden from view so you will need to reveal it first.
Google Mail (gmail)
If you are using Gmail and our email has not arrived after about 15 minutes please check your spam folder. To do this follow the steps below.
- In the left menu click “More” to open other folders
- Look for the message from Forexop.
- Right click on the message, and check “Not spam” – this will move the message to the inbox
- Or just click the “Not spam” button when the message is highlighted
Marking as safe will ensure mails are delivered correctly:

Important: If we are not on your safe senders list we may have no way of reaching you; even if you raise support request.
I ordered something. How do I download files?
Normally you will be routed to the completed checkout page once the payment goes through. From there the link will appear and you can complete the download. You should download the files straight away because some links have a time limit.

Important: If the download link doesn’t appear on the completed order page . Keep the page open. Just wait a few moments and refresh the page in your browser. It can take a few minutes before we receive a payment confirmation.
If for some reason you aren’t routed back to the order page or the link doesn’t appear: The download link is also sent to the email address you provided on checkout. Please follow the steps above ( email non-delivery ) if you are having any problems finding the message.
Where are my orders?
If you registered on the site, you can click on your account page to display your order history. This will also allow you to download any new versions of the software.
I didn’t create an account. Where is my order page?
Guest checkout: If you didn’t create an account when buying something (guest checkout), your order page is only available while the order is being processed. You won’t be able to return later on.
If your order page and download doesn’t appear after checkout, please check your email for our message containing the download link. Please follow the steps above ( email non-delivery ) if you are having any problems finding the message.
If you want to create an account after completing an order that’s fine. Simply send us a message so we can link your account to your order. To do this you will need to use your billing email address to register.
I get an error message when I try to download a file
This usually means the server is too busy to deliver the file to you. Please wait and try again later. If the problem persists for more than 1 hour and you cannot access your downloads please contact support for assistance.
Can I have the password to unlock an Excel file?
All of the spreadsheets are fully functional without unlocking. The lock is there to prevent formulae being overwritten. It also improves ease of use because only input cells can be edited.
Should I activate with the Pincode or Account code?
The indicator gives me two codes, Pincode and Account code . What is the difference between them and which should I use?
There are two different codes that you can activate a product with. When you activate with Pincode it authorizes the Metatrader installation and will work on any trading account. When you activate with Account code it authorizes the trading account and will work on any Metatrader installation
How many activations does one license allow?
One license allows up to three activations. Each activation lasts for six months and after that time it can be renewed or changed.
What is the difference between free and premium versions of indicators?
Some indicators and experts have a free trial version. Free versions have restricted functionality and only work for a limited time.
Do you accept cryptocurrencies as payment?
Yes you can pay with a range of cryptocurrencies. This is also the cheapest way to pay. As there are no middle men with digital payments we pass those savings directly on to you.
How do I open the ebook?
Use one of the following recommended PDF readers (all free).
- Adobe PDF Reader
- Microsoft Edge Browser
- Metaviewer
Make sure you are using a recent version. Older readers may not be able to open the file.
I’ve downloaded an eBook? What is the password?
For password protected ebooks, the password is your billing email address. This is the email you entered on the checkout form. To open the ebook please do the following:
- Locate the ebook file you’ve downloaded
- Open with Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Edge
- To choose which to open with right-click on the file and choose “open with”
- To open, enter your email address

We recommend the latest version of Adobe Reader or Microsoft Edge. Older versions may not work.
I’m having a problem running an indicator (or expert). What should I do?
If you are having a technical problem with an indicator or expert the first thing to do is check the readme files provided with the indicator, the user guide and the product page. These pages contain a lot of specific information about the software and its use and should answer the majority of questions. If, after reading the guides, you still need to contact support please provide as much detail about the problem as you can. The following information will help us deal with your request more efficiently:
• Metatrader version and build (see image)
• Broker you are using
• The full filename of the indicator/expert
• The journal output shown in the Experts tab
The journal output is especially important if any errors are displayed.
Please note that the support desk will only be able to help with installation and setup issues. They are not able to provide specific trading advice or recommendations.

The MetaTrader version can be found by clicking Help->About.

Output from the indicator/expert can be found in the Experts tab in the Terminal window. Use ctrl-T to show or hide the Terminal window.
What format are the files?
The Excel files should be compatible with Microsoft Excel 2008 onwards. The workbooks are native Excel and do not contain any macros (runnable scripts).
The Metatrader indicators and experts are compatible with Metatrader 4 unless otherwise marked.
